Space Politics!

Can we use logic to guess at the politics involved with beings visting earth?

For this discussion lets see if we can set some condition we believe to be true based on eyewitness reports over time and common sense.

Conditions:

Fermi paradox combined with hundreds of eyewintnesses to diffrent events and the gimble video. We can conclude We are being visted.

Accepting this means we can then look at eyewitness accounts and see if they have commonality.

Vehicles that defy the rules of our universe as we see them [could this mean simulation theory could be true – as a quick tangent things like the speed of limit could be a limitation of a simulation only more on this in a moment]

Needle in a haystack- Two methods of finding our world as I see it. [us emmiting radiowaves isnt one IMO, too weak too much galaxy] In minecraft you are able to input the position of chests and through an algo it outputs the seed of your map so you can search to see where all the chests are, So simulating a galaxy could allow you to search it and create it by finding the seed of the galaxy in a simulation. [the simulation might not need to simulate consciousness to search for beings. It could at least generate where habitable worlds are.] Slow mode, machines that replicate land on a world replicate again and spread to everyworld exponetially monitoring for things like nuclear tests for intelligence]

What does earth have to offer? There are likely to be many thousands of times more habitable worlds then beings to populate them, resources are limitless. some other questions to consider are we a seeded race surrounded by similar species in a smaller area relatively? in either case This would make the value scientifically of earth to be low along with its resources. So what does earth have to offer that is of intrest? People is the conclusion.

The above suggests multiple species can find us and find each other which will likely have varied degrees of technology and motivations for interacting with us.

We can assume some groups have similar motivations and technological level when visiting us and interacting with each other.

A vareity of ships and aliens have been spotted.

Ability to remotelty invoke emotions and thoughts into witnesses

The Space Politics:

So what can we infer about the interactions and motivations here, I’m going to lay out some motivational options to think about:

Option 1) Spirituality

I like that in the film Her AI instanlty gloms onto allan watts and peaces out good stuff. Ive also thought about the uncontacted tribe at sentiel island and the nutty pastors who get killed trying to bring the word of god there. A motivation for visiting could be to spread the word of stop hitting each other [thanks space jesus], hitting others is the same as hitting yourself if you follow Zen buddism or similar. Conflicting beliefs bewtween aliens including please leave the monkey people alone.

Option 2) The good the bad and the ugly

Locally seeded, by this I mean something like a human came along around the time of the dinosaurs on another world and seeded mammals to take over. Maybe life from scratch with hidden encoding to produce an intelligent species. Could we be surrounded by humans some thousands of years ahead of us, joining us all on and getting eveyone on the same level could well provide an distinct advantage . the Joining could be the bad. Join or die! humans you gotta love em. The good could be conflicting elements of that or other species again with the classic please leave the monkies alone.
