Strange Lights seen in Oldham

I have attached a few videos showing a strange light in the sky in Oldham, I have made a post in this group before explaining how I witnessed something similar in person but i failed to get any videos, the videos were sent to me from someone I knew the night after they had seen this. They were originally posted to their Snapchat story where I had seen them. At first I thought it was some kind of light show with the way it was positioned but in the later video the light had moved quite a distance and dimmed. Just thought I would ask for some other opinions as I can’t make out what it could be. It is mainly the end of the clip where the light is seen to have moved position, dimmed and then disappears
