My buddy just took this video at the corner of Franklin and North Van Ness in Los Angeles. He said he was too far away to make out details other than it seemed black and cigar shaped.
Seems to me like it could be a balloon or weird drone, but I’m posting to see if anyone else saw anything bizarre in the LA skies today.
