I am looking for the general or colonel and quote of the military person who gave a speech to graduates saying something like “the technology exists today, that is not science fiction, to transport to anywhere in the world in under 2 minutes”
Sorry not a lot to go off but I’ve searched Reddit here and google and I fear I may have too many words or facts wrong to get a good search.
