The American people are learning that Project “Immaculate Constellation” has allegedly been controlling access to UFO-related intelligence while blocking Congressional oversight. If this program exists, then it represents a fundamental breach of national security laws.
Who authorized this program? How much taxpayer money has been funneled into it? And why has Congress been excluded from its operations? These are questions that must be answered immediately.
I demand that you call for a full investigation into “Immaculate Constellation” and ensure that all classified information is made available to Congressional committees for review. Congress must not allow intelligence agencies to dictate what the public can and cannot know.
