I’ve thought about the implications of this speech since I was a teenager in the 80s whenI first learned of it. And I’ve also been an armchair UFO enthusiast for about as long.
And yet, it’s really only over the last few months that I have put these together. Was Ike talking only about UFOs? Of course not. But he was most certainly talking about the misplaced power in our super secret corners of government and their partners in the weapons and aerospace industry. And black budget SAPs are a huge part of that.
I think few people at the time really understood what he was talking about at all. And sadly, I think more, but still few, today understand what he was talking about.
I also suspect that when he gave that speech, it was too late. But what I don’t know is whether he understood that or not. What do others think?
