Assuming the US has recovered NHI technology, wouldn’t this make other nations extremely anxious about the potential arms superiority? To the point where they would be desperate for full disclosure so the global playing field would be levelled? But we’re not really seeing any evidence of this at all.
Unless of course the other major powers already have NHI tech too. In that case you would think they too would be “softly letting the world know” they have this tech too.
