The Navy rivalry with the Air Force is funny when you think about it: the public and the Navy all know about UFOs, but the AF and most of the public don’t know about USOs, so the Navy can chafe the AF all it wants. Maybe that’s the point of Salvatore Pais’ patents?

I was just thinking about those Salvatore Pais patents for the Navy. After reading Bernardo Kastrup’s [analysis](https://thedebrief.org/salvatore-paiss-mysterious-ufo-patents-what-do-they-really-mean/) on it (he was a former patent lawyer or something), it seems these patents don’t have any motivation except to convince the public that we have a grasp on the technologies (which scientists have doubted). Which I just realized is kinda hilarious, because it’s the Navy banging on the AF yet again! Hey everyone, look who figured out the UFO tech first! It wasn’t the branch nearly crashing into them every day, oh no! It was our boys in blue eating popcorn on the water for the fireworks show!
