The place where a tic tac supposedly crashed in 1978 in Bolivia remains covered by clouds on Google maps

In 1978 in Bolivia near the border with Argentina there was an alleged accident with a tic tac that crashed in the mountains that was quickly recovered by the United States. The strange thing about the case is that if you check the area with Google maps you see only 3 clouds covering the accident site. No other clouds are seen for several kilometers around.
