Suppose the following:
otherworldly UAPs do exist they are in fact related to human consciousness government programs possess information that points to that conclusion most people employed in these programs never reveal what they know humans have experienced strange phenomena of various forms throughout human history UAPs purposely make themselves evident to people, for example through lights in the night sky (they don’t glow during the day)
Taking all of the above into account, I’m suspecting the following might be the case:
UAPs require human consciousness to materialize in the physical realm of which we are the conscious observers. These government programs are trying to prevent the phenomenon from entering our world by keeping it out of our collective consciousness.
