The UAP phenomenon can be emotionally tiring and exhausting. Some days are better than others but trying to gauge whether people are lying or outright grifting can get very tiresome after a while. There are many peoples within the government that have fought tooth and nail to keep the UAP phenomenon a secret but now whistleblowers are coming forward and it looks like people are making headway in the right direction and Congress is getting involved in a decades long coverup.
Sometimes it’s good to take a deep breath and remember that there is someone who loves you alot.
