Here is my rough summary to tie all this together.

The greys (perhaps as EBE creations doing the legwork of other races) are stealing our sperm, eggs, embryos and cattle blood (a human blood substitute) to create human alien hybrids on an industrial scale for one of two reasons (1) save or create their race elsewhere – perhaps they are sterile creations and need us to reproduce (like the AI that got out); and/or (2) take over earth.

They remain hidden by choice, because abducting people by night is easier and more easy to cover up with sleep/flash hypnosis blocking.

So far Aliens seem to not be here to kill people, except in self defence or somewhat isolated incidents of human mutilation, disappearance or terrorization (eg Colares).

This is why the US government does not see them as a threat and in addition they have realized (or negotiated) they can take (as in retrieve, capture or barter) Alien technology to enrich themselves and gain power through super weapons, free energy etc.

The same or other Alien visitors also have a role to monitor nuclear technology because nuclear explosions (1) are a threat to their craft, the earth, their presence, their dna source or later their home worlds or ships, and (2) send disruptive quantum entanglement waves that disrupt their communications universe wide.

Regular humans therefore pay taxes to fund the government, get their dna/embryos taken or lives ruined and eventually probably get slaughtered.
