Had family that saw it in North Texas.

From a Career Pilot: “Most likely an engine burn on SpaceX launch to adjust the orbit for a satelite release. Conditions would have been pretty favorable for seeing it at that time & location. It will be making several burns to adjust it’s orbit as it has 22 satelites to release”
