Trying to find some specific UFO photo’s

Hi, can someone help me find some old photo’s that I once saw. What I remember is someone witnessed a saucer rise up out of the water and he took at least one photo of it as it rose. You could see port holes and even the water dripping off the craft. The photo’s were very clear.

Does anyone know of this and can link me to information about the incident?
