One was taken in Tampa, the other in Jacksonvile. The Tampa clip shows a possible entry of the atmosphere(bottom video 1st link) then the orange orb flying around…(top video) it appears the bottom video was filmed first.
As someone who has seen many launches and re-entries of NASA/SpaceX craft, these objects are not explained by that.
