UAP vs UAP Dogfight. 2 Flying Saucers locked in Combat in Interstellar Space. How do you think it would play out?

Jet-like maneuvers like in starwars, Marvel and any modern media would probably be TOO SLOW for the Standard of a Modern UAP that’s able to go hundreds of Machs without any repercussions. So how do you think they would fight their battles? Swarms? Zig Zag peek a boo Laser blast? Let me know what you guys think
