UFO caught on NBC Cam, I thought it was a meteor until it went back up

this video was taken by a NBC live cam in 2011, it looks like a meteor until it starts to go back up again, the only possible explanation I could have is an insect but they don’t really move like that. so it’s a unidentified flying object. It looks like a meteor until it makes a turn and goes back up.
