Seen for about 35 minutes. I took my dog out to the park and noticed it, then observed for 10 minutes. No footage was recorded as I forgot my phone. It ended up zigzagging, moving in a straight line, and then moving side to side. Eventually, it went over the north side of my building. I ran back in and went to my balcony, but I didn’t see anything. I told my wife my story, and she got a few laughs. Then I went back out and saw it for about 15 more minutes, hovering and making strange movements. Here’s a clip with its behavior. I saw no red or green lights to signify a drone or helicopter.
