My gf was looking at the sky in the balcony of the room on the 6th floor. She looked at the stars close to the moon and noticed one moved strangely, and immediately called me. I captured the video using my phone (Samsung A34, I removed the audio for some privacy) and we were both awestruck at the speed this object was moving. At first I thought it was a drone/comet/asteroid, but when it started to change directions and move at incredible speeds and short bursts, I couldn’t help but say “ang bilis!”, which meant “so fast!”. We were sure it wasn’t a commercial plane since planes that we see pass by are slow, travel at constant speed, and have periodically blinking lights. We were also sure it wasn’t a bug, as it seemed to be very far away and looked like a star. I placed here the raw video without audio, and zoomed-in and cropped videos at 1x speed. I also attached a 0.1x cropped video. It was bright because we think the moonlight was being reflected on its surface. It seemed to spin very fast at times. It moved from right to left, then moved in a constant trajectory to the right, then stayed, moved to the left a bit, then moved super fast to the right (we saw this only after slowing the video down to 0.25x; we were both watching the video and were both shocked at the speed it moved at). At the end part of the video, it also did some crazy maneuvers, going up then down, then circled towards the roof side so I stopped recording.
