UFO seen flying out of clouds in slowmo video

Randomly did a slowmo video of some clouds and when I was reviewing it, at 00:13 this black circular craft comes out of the bottom of the right cloud formation and goes up, does a Uturn, then flies down and off screen to the right at insane speeds. I couldnt believe I caught this on video. This is slowmo video so this whole clip took about 5 seconds to record and is 27 seconds long at 30fps, meaning this thing was cruuuiiising. Happened in Anchorage, Alaska August 7th at 12:40pm
