Was David Gruschs reverse engineering program Kona Blue?

So what did we learn from the this AARO report?

Well apparently many of the whistleblowers who went to aaro are the same public individuals we already know (pg. 36).

Also this same group of individuals proposed a UAP recovery reverse engineering program called Kona Blue after the end of AAWSAP (pg 34). The proposed Kona blue program was rejected and never materialized.

Could Kona Blue be the program that David Grusch discovered while he worked at the UAPTF? This would align with Eric Davis’s claim that he ‘gave breadcrumbs’ to Grusch where to find the program.

Davis was involved in aawsap and most likely would have been apart of the Kona blue proposal.
