Was this just another sleep paralysis or was it something else (alien)? NC

Quick background, I (29 M) have been suffering from sleep paralysis my whole life. My sleep paralysis is always the same, I wake up, I try to roll over to go back to sleep or get up to pee and then realize I can’t move, then this figure shows up and starts coming towards the bed. Sometimes I snap out of it before it gets too close, sometimes I don’t.

Anyways, for the first time in my life, the figure that always shows up in my sleep paralysis didn’t. Instead, this time I wake up in the middle of the night. The second I opened my eyes, I look towards the bathroom and attempt to get up to pee. I then realize that I can’t move, and I immediately think to myself “shit, here we go again”. However, this time it’s not the figure that usually shows up. I look at my window, and this almost blinding light is heading my direction. Then three tall, skinny figures (I guess what you think an alien would look like) climb into my room one by one. The first one and second one don’t even look in my direction, and just walk around examining my room. The third though, climbs into my room and without looking at anything else, it walks straight towards me. I start to shake my body as hard as I could to move. As I’m doing that, all of the sudden I can move and there is nothing in front of me.

I guess the only reason I am writing about this, it’s because I have been suffering from sleep paralysis my whole life. I don’t really talk about it much because I’m used to it and it’s just part of my life. But this is different, Everytime I get sleep paralysis it’s always the same figure. This time it wasn’t and it kind of freaked me out.
