“We don’t know what they are” Interdimensional versus Extraterrestrial. How do we “not know” what they are?

As the title says.

These terms are flying around lately with the comments from Burlinson and Luna. There have also been comments indicating that “we” don’t know who or what they are.

This is a weird statement to me. Over the years many people and conspiracist fringe theorists have talked about Galactic Federations, planets such as “Umo” and star systems like Zeta Reticuli.

But now comments from Burlinson like “least likely is extraterrestrial”.

If all of this information is extremely compartmentalized, there must be people in the know who “do know” what they are – so the statements indicating we don’t know what they are, don’t necessarily make sense? Unless they’re talking about everyday military and government officials and not those tied to these SAPs?

I guess what I’m saying is that these two terms are muddying the waters. We have decades of information (whether real or not) talking about extraterrestrials. Now we’re throwing out interdimensional?

I don’t get it.
