We need to change how videos are submitted.

Anybody who has been here a while and / or is here to take this seriously has to be fed up with this essentially becoming a /r/Starlink sub.

The site was become so saturated with videos of balloons, satellites, and insects, we have lost near all credibility (and it was a struggle to gain any to begin with).

Can we all agree that there needs to be a team (of which I myself am happy to be a part of) of vetted VFX artists and loyal debunkers that approve videos beforehand through flairs?

In other words, is there a way for all video posts to be tagged with “Awaiting Verification” before either being tagged as “Possible Sighting” or being deleted all together.

We need a rule for no more Starlink posts. This sub feels like another Doty mouthpiece now.
