When I was a kid (25-30 years or so ago), my dad used to watch Star Trek Next Generation aaaaall the time.

After reading some of Jacques Vallee’s stuff and hearing other people’s opinions on the ufo topic and NHI, I can’t help bit think of this fella, Q, from the series.

‘He is an extra-dimensional being of unknown origin who possesses immeasurable power over time, space, the laws of physics, and reality itself, being capable of altering it to his whim. Despite his vast knowledge and experience spanning untold eons, he is not above practical jokes for his own personal amusement, for a Machiavellian or manipulative purpose, or to prove a point.’

Sounds familiar to recent NHI theories.
