What is so special about Wright Patterson Air force Base?

I’m about to visit my girlfriend in Dayton Ohio and I noticed I’ll be super close to the WPAB. I’ve heard it come up in discussion a lot as one of the most likely holding places for UAPs. Why is that? What makes it a likely candidate and should I go there?
