What is the status of the NDAA defense bill (with Schumer’s UAP disclosure amendment)? Has it been signed into law? If not, what still needs to happen?

I’ve been doing some cursory digging on this info, and I can’t seem to find a straight answer on it. Does anyone know the status on this? Has it been signed into law by Biden? Are we even at that phase yet?
