I was outside watching the stars & Jupiter tonight, which lately happens to be so bright & big plus sitting directly up in front of my porch when I step out at night, perfect for admiring. I was watching for a good 20 minutes or so and then suddenly started to see another white light appear- same size, same shape directly next to Jupiter. It almost looked like two Jupiter’s in the sky?! But then the second light immediately started moving back & forth around Jupiter, as well as disappearing then reappearing, almost like it was dancing around it in the sky. I watched this go on for at least 30 minutes tonight. This started at about 8:45pm, I’m on the East Coast, US.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Or does anyone have any idea what this might be?
