What was the recording where a man calls into a radio station and says in a very scared way that he is a contractor for a defense company and we are dealing with interdimensional beings?

I was sorting by too posts of all time on one of the ufo subs and heard this radio call where a man claiming to work for a defense company found out that they were interdimensional beings, and he is talking before the call abruptly gets cut. Anyone know what I’m referring to and/or have a link? Thanks.
