Also, who here believes that there are “dis-information” agents that actively patrol this sub attempting to “muddy the waters”? (Without mentioning Eglin airforce base, or, whichever Air Force Base was shown to be the most “reddit addicted city”, because they have public papers around their research into social media experiments, it’s not like it’s some big secret, unless someone has evidence that this was directly related to the UFO subreddit.
Does anyone believe that the “Skinwalker” Ranch is a special hotspot for alien visitation?
And, who here actually believes that the old director of AARO, Sean Kirkpatrick, is “in on the coverup” and was intentionally lying about the discovery’s they made? What about all the AARO employees, are they “in on the cover up”?
And finally, if we “can’t trust the government” and we can’t trust people in this subreddit, because of the “dis-information agents” and “LARPS”, who do we trust then? Do we trust the guy who says he has UAP material but keeps it to himself because “mystery is important” or whatever he said? Do we trust anyone selling books or making money off podcasts where they just make a bunch of claims their “secret sources” gave them? I mean this is hilarious honestly.
If we trust Grusch, is there any reason to trust him other than the: appeal to authority logical fallacy?
Can anyone provide legitimate evidence of “non-human” activity on earth without committing a logical fallacy or describing something that can be classified as pseudoscience?
People love citing the UAP disclosure act, without showing the paragraph where it says “IF it is to exist”. They were simply reacting to a whistleblower claim, primarily that of which was based on the “punishment” they received for speaking on the topic, not the claims of earth shattering technology that is being withheld from the public.
I used to be interested in this topic, after a lot of critical thinking and research into logical fallacies and how easily unfalsifiable claims and ideas within pseudoscience can spread, I’ve become incredibly skeptical of this topic and it’s legitimacy. I’m sure I’m not the only one.
I see more claims than questions, and that’s a problem.
