In reference to this part of the interview:

Which of these options seem to be the most likely?
Karl Nell is a stooge. Last minute fill-in for Grusch; poorly researched hypeworthy claims
Karl Nell is a disinfo agent. Karl Nell knew Eshed & Hellyer made these dubious claims & intentionally cited them so that his claims would be easily dismissed under scrutiny.
Karl Nell is the real deal. Wikipedia is wrong; Hellyer and Eshed never made those claims
Karl Nell is the real deal. Wikipedia is right. There really are aliens on Venus & astronauts on Mars (sorry, Elon)
Given the theatrics of a conference setting and the void left by Grusch’s scheduling conflict, my guess is #1: They brought in Nell to deliver 20 minutes of shock & awe. Nevermind logical soundness or source vetting.
Then again, #2 wouldn’t surprise me either. It’s also possible that 50% of Hellyer & Eshed’s claims are accurate. The same could be said about people named Dr. Steve.
Would also be nice if this sub allowed polls…
