Will a speeding ticket actually disqualify you from working with UAP’s?

I just read the 4chan whistleblower post in its entirety and learned that my one and only speeding ticket that I got three months ago means that I will never get to work with UAP’s or aliens. This is extremely disappointing to learn. I’m going back to school for physics just to be a better candidate. And if I can’t work with UAP’s, then my degree is just a waste of time. I doubt anyone on here will actually know and the people who do know won’t comment, but is it true that you need a flawless record to work with UAP’s?
