Biden just signed the NDAA with a clarification that he reserves the right to hold back some info about UAP. The uninformed naysayers here are interpreting this completely wrong.
This was always part of the UAPDA. The president was always supposed to have the final say.
That doesn’t mean he’ll be able to hide the whole thing from Congress. That’s not how this law works. Plus Congress controls all the funding anyway.
It means he reserves the right to veto SOME info that is highly sensitive from being declassified. For example UAP footage that may be recorded by highly classified surveillance systems.
By officially clarifying this, Biden just confirmed that the disclosure process to Congress will start soon. Otherwise he wouldn’t have to go out of his way to clarify his role in this process.
