My brother in law saw this a few hours ago. He was wearing night vision when he saw this in the sky (only normal video unfortunately). He said ” it was not moving. It would elongate …separate .. rejoin… then the two things closer to atmosphere flew past faster than anything I’ve ever seen. He was using night vision but he could only get a quick video with his phone. Sorry for potato quality!
