I was talking to my source { Army Officer } about this reddit community and was talking about the tic tac… The first thing he mentioned is that we have way better versions of what is shown here that could possibly be what we are routinely seeing. He is in a special planning division and sees all sorts of future technology. Imagine seeing one of these modernized and not knowing they exist, from afar or moving quickly could give the impression of tic tac.
