Filming UAP

Hi Guys,

This may be a dumb question, but I’m relatively new to the table. What kind of equipment would we need to film a UFO that is credibl?. Most videos that are posted are challenged as the quality is often all over the place. Also I’m wondering if there’s any civilian groups that we could contribute to that have eyes on the skies, and oceans for that matter.
