Hello, I’m new to this sub so forgive me if this is against any rules or if I’m posting in the wrong area. I’m in Phoenix, Arizona and last night while driving I saw four extremely bright lights in the sky to the north. They were unusually low and would change formation, wink out, then come back. I watched them for about 30 minutes. Any idea what this might be? I’ve never seen anything like this before in this area and there aren’t any airports in the direction they appeared. I spoke with a pilot and he said he isn’t sure what they could be and they aren’t showing up on ADS-B. I’ve attached a video (sorry for the low quality). I have more photos and videos as well
