AARO Historical Review? When? Kirkpatrick said by end of year?

In the interviews Kirkpatrick gave before leaving his position as head of AARO he wanted to finish and put out their historical review before he leafy office and I believe he said in on place even though it was not due until June he would have it done early in December.

Where is it? Anyone hear anything. I know almost all are completely pessimistic with anything AARO produces, but this could be a great chance for Kirkpatrick to do something interesting and groundbreaking on his way out the door
