Sighting in Maryland MD-32 W

First post got removed due to not meeting minimum character limit. Anyways, hoping this one goes through.

So I was in my car driving on MD-32 W and saw an object that was very shiny moving in the sky at 4:16 PM EST. At first, I thought it was a plane but it was so shiny it looked like a sphere. It was also hard to keep track of it and kept disappearing. Did anybody see anything like that today?
