My friend just sent this to me, was taken in 2016 in Northern California – Aurora?

She was on a mountaintop in Mendocino County, about 25 miles from the coast, in the video it’s really only in one frame I think but holy crap this thing was moooving! Any enhancements would be awesome, going to ask for the raw video next.
