Research conducted of a number of years of a reacurring fenomena in Norway. More description follows in my first comment.
After getting a lot of non-constructive replies on a post yesterday, I said I would not post here again. But I got a lot of support afterwards. I think there are many examples outside the US, and I would like to contribute. There is a lot more evidence, than what I have seen in this sub.
Many of us do not have English as a first language, so please stop being snarky if we get something wrong.
