Introducing The Great Archon Abraxas, from the Gnostic text The Holy Book of the Great Invisible Spirit described as having the face of a beast, rooster’s head, dragon’s feet, a whip in his hand, king’s head and snakes in lieu of feet”

After waking up and seeing Corbells new video, I immediately thought this “thing” resembled what I’ve heard descriptions of “archons” to be described as. For those unfamiliar, Archons are “beings” from Gnostic and Gnostic-esque religions. They are said to be the builders of the physical universe. They are wrote about in numerous sources by different people belonging to different sects, living in different areas on the world at different stages in time. They are supposedly rulers, these ancient texts say. People today who subscribe to the Prison Planet Theory will know them as the entities that feed off of our “energy” and reincarnate our souls/conciousness back into human bodies in order to harvest more “energy” out of us. Trapping our souls in this material realm, reality, dimension, who knows anymore. I always just found it extremely interesting, in a mythological sense.

Archons are written in The Reality of the Rulers as appearing hermaphroditic, with their faces being those of beasts. The lead Archon, Abraxas, who leads 365 other archons, is described as having a “rooster’s head, dragon’s feet and a whip in his hand”, and a “king’s head and snakes in lieu of feet”

There’s a lot more written about them. I just thought there was some similarity here and they it was interesting. Im gonna do some more digging and see what I can read on them, if nothing else my curiosity has been peaked over this!
