What is frustrating, if true, is if there is in fact higher quality footage of the UAP shape shifting and emerging out of the water, then why confuse the public with this grainy, redacted version? Truly depraved.
Totally fans the flames of the “debunk-believe” cycle that moves us forward at a snails pace, if even at all.
