I have a subscription to an online archive of UK newspapers, so I thought I’d do a search to see if reports of jellyfish UAP have a history, at least in the UK. In short, they do. I found a great many reports, especially from the 1990s. The example I’ve included here is from the Midweek Visiter (from the Stockport area) from 6 September 1996. What I find interesting about this example (but there are also others) is that the article mentions that black triangles had been spotted in the area before the jellyfish sighting.

Earlier today I saw a post where the user says that they saw a jellyfish UAP up close in Arizona in 2003, and that shortly before that encounter they also saw a black triangle.https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/19301gv/i_saw_a_jellyfish_uap_upclose_in_2003/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3
So these things have got me wondering, is there a connection between the black triangles and jellyfish? Perhaps, for example, the black triangle is the main craft (mothership) which deploys the smaller jellyfish (bio-drones?) to do more detailed reconnaissance and sampling work nearer the surface?
