The latest info from the current investigation implies that we have been visited by some non humans to some extent for a longer time and have recovered their craft and (likely) have been reverse engineering them for decades.
If we assume that’s all true, then why are we still where we are technologically? Shouldn’t we at the very least have military with crazy weapons/craft?
