Saw something in San Diego need help if anyone has seen this.

So I’ve been fishing a lot at mission bay so I can chill and star gaze…but I saw this crazy…idk like fireball thing kinda falling down to earth then disappeared in a weird orange Smokey circle…then there was a small light semi-close that had a cone of light reflecting off it. Has anyone else seen something like this? I’m not crazy…I’m pumped about this.
