Moving Star?

Need a little help identifying what this is, never posted before and would figure someone could come up with an answer.

I work overnight shifts and have seen something like this only once before about two months ago. It looks like a star that appears bright, and starts moving around. What I recorded was it appearing and moving down, but what I also seen it do was appear, move around slowly, then move like a flare, slowly down. There were at one point three of these lights moving around each other that I didn’t record. Any answers or ideas to what it could be?

Note: this video was taken at 3:00am in southern new Hampshire facing the east side. Checked flight radar and didn’t see any planes or helicopters in the direction I was looking and definitely not moving around like this light was.
