On the night of July 21, 2002, police sergeant Guillermo Arias, in charge of the police detachment in the town of Chaján, in the province of Córdoba, Argentina, received a call from the Sampacho police station, in a neighboring town, asking him to listen the radio, a colleague of theirs was seeing strange lights in the town of Achiras. When heading towards Achiras to provide help to his colleague, Arias was able to witness a “triangular platform” which rose from the nearby field close to him.
