Whether it be genetic engineering, tracking, control, manipulation, etc.
Every human on the planet has their own distinctly unique “code” that is their DNA. It is like a serial number. If a species wanted to keep tabs on someone, they could use this serial number like an antenna frequency. Maybe this is how certain “targeted individuals” are so easy to locate and deal with repeated abductions/exposures. Would be one way to explain individuals who have sightings and then are mysteriously followed up by MIB or other government officials or even other NHI. Maybe the genetic engineering didn’t occur necessarily to create some sort of hybrid species. Maybe the DNA is what “they” use to track individuals, find a certain “program” so to speak easily like a computer algorithm. Thoughts?
