First, let me describe my own views on UFOs and NHI. I think it’s absurd to believe there isn’t intelligent alien life elsewhere in the universe, and I think it’s highly likely they exist somewhere within our own galaxy.
I also think it’s likely there is extremophile simple organic life elsewhere in our solar system that likely exist in an environment like the oceans of Europa or near geothermal vents on other planets.
Do I think it’s possible we have been visited by another intelligent life form, either extraterrestrial, ultraterrestrial, or extradimensional?
I think it’s conceptually possible, but I haven’t seen a single piece of evidence to suggest that it’s true. All of the “most solid evidence” relies exclusively on witness testimony, which is incredibly unrealiable and considered low quality generally, or relies on someone’s inability to identify something they saw or experienced, which is not actually evidence of anything other than something being unidentified.
As for the interview, early on she states something to the effect of “when I was a kid, I had an intense fear that the world was going to end or something bad was going to happen, and many other people feel this way and sometimes very bad things happen to them, so are they tapping into some unknown knowledge?”
This is an absurd notion, since what she’s describing is anxiety, and purely by statistics, if lots of people are worried about something that has a non-zero chance of happening (like a car crash, natural disaster, tragic life event etc) then logically, of course some fraction of those anxious people will experience what they’re worried about it. That isn’t proof of some “secret knowledge”, it’s just a fundamental misunderstanding of statistics and also human psychology if you can’t automatically recognize a random unjustified fear as being anxiety.
Soon after, she refers to her friend “Tyler”, who she references regularly in the episode. She describes him as someone who has “been in the space force ever since they were flying in the space shuttles”. I thought maybe this was a slip up, but she said it dozens of times, which just shows she is either misinformed, confused or just ignorant. The Space Force was created by Trump in 2019:

The U.S. Space Force was established Dec. 20, 2019 when the National Defense Authorization Act was signed into law (with bi-partisan support), creating the first new branch of the armed services in 73 years.
The last time the space shuttles were flown was July 8, 2011:

So it’s impossible for him to be “on the Space Force” while also being on the shuttles. Does she mean he worked for NASA? Because at no time does she suggest that, so what “Space Force” is she talking about?
